Champagne Coupe: Where Bubbles Rise In Style

Drinking champagne out of saucer-shaped coupes, as opposed to tall, narrow flutes, evokes “a really nice time in the ’40s and ’50s and ’60s, that effortless time,” when they were the in-vogue champagne glass.

Is my glass too deep or too shallow?
I pondered as I sipped my Gallo.
