Washington Gridlock Continues

Market Dash- October 7, 2013

Stocks cut their early losses in half but were still in the red across the board Monday, with the Dow touching a one-month low, as the government shutdown dragged for a second week and lawmakers appeared to be making little progress in raising the country’s debt ceiling.

Two signs are posted at “dead-end junction”
One points to “default, the other to “disfunction.”
