Older Generation Has Gobs Of ‘Heirlooms’ But No One Wants Them

“The next generation just looks at it, “what a pile of crap.” … Economists have a long talk about the great transfer of wealth that is on the way from the baby boomers to generation X and millennials. Let’s notice the great transfer of tchotchkes, mementos, lawn ornaments, curio cabinets and faded family heirlooms that are now causing friction and subterfuge in families.

Don’t take it as a personal rebuff,
If your children do not want your “stuff.”
